Genjo Projects provides consulting, artificial intelligence automation, SEO, digital marketing and patient acquisition services, aimed at private dental clinics.
Free Diagnosis
The free 20-minute diagnosis is a consultative call with no commitment. It does not imply ongoing services or the contracting of any plan.
Scope of Proposals
Proposals and recommendations are indicative and are adapted to each clinic. Implementing them requires a specific contract.
No Guarantee of Results
Genjo Projects works with professional industry methodologies. It does not guarantee specific results (appointments, rankings, return on investment) as these depend on external factors such as the local market, competition, or the client's own execution.
Client Obligations
The client agrees to provide the necessary information and access for service delivery, respect agreed timelines, and pay fees as agreed.
Quotes and Contracting
Quotes are valid for 30 days from their issue date. The contractual relationship is formalized through written acceptance of the quote.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel the service with 15 days notice, unless another period has been agreed in the contract. Amounts paid for work already completed are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
Genjo Projects shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from its services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
