Two people, not an org chart

We are Josep and Genís. We come from Industrial Engineering at ETSEIB (UPC), and that is where our way of working comes from: we care about systems, not one-off campaigns. That does not mean we build you something complicated. It means the opposite: the hard part is ours, in the analysis, and whatever ends up running in your clinic has to be simple enough for your team to understand without us in the room. We show you the inside of the machine, and if you ever decide to carry on alone, the system is yours and you know how it works.

What we will not tell you

  • A number of clients

    Nor a percentage improvement. It depends on your market, your competition and how you execute. Anyone who gives you a figure before looking is making it up.

  • Third-party figures with no source

    If we quote a number, the link sits next to it. If we cannot find the source, we do not quote it.

  • Reviews that do not exist

    We do not have a hundred clients and we will not pretend we do. We are at the beginning, and that has concrete consequences for whoever comes in now.

  • That we are a fit, when we are not

    If in the first conversation we see that this is not what you need, we say so right there.

There are no departments passing your case around. You talk to whoever decides, whoever builds the system, whoever answers you without checking with anyone else. Nothing gets lost along the way, because there's no way: there are two engineers.

What your clinic needs goes into the system first. When there are more projects that priority gets shared; right now it is yours.

We take on few projects at a time on purpose. It is what lets us get into the detail of one clinic instead of applying a template.

The system from the inside

We show you the flows, the integrations and the data, and we explain how to maintain them. No black boxes only we know how to open.
