Two engineers, not an agency

We are Josep and Genís. When you work with Genjo you talk to whoever builds the system, not to a salesperson describing it.

Who we are

We come from Industrial Engineering at ETSEIB (UPC), and that shapes how we work: we care about systems, not one-off campaigns. Before proposing anything we want to understand how a client enters your business, where they leak out and which part of that can be measured. It is the same way of thinking you would apply to a production line, except what gets optimised here is the path from someone looking for you to someone sitting in front of you.

Why we do not call ourselves an agency

A normal agency sells you hours and hides the how, because the how is all it has. We do the opposite: we show you the machine from the inside, the flows, the integrations and the data. If one day you decide to carry on without us, the system is yours and you know how it works. It seems to us the only honest way to sell something that will touch your revenue.

You are still early enough to be one of the first

We are not going to tell you we have a hundred clients, because it is not true. We are at the beginning, we take on few projects at a time, and that has concrete consequences for whoever joins now: you get our full attention, you always talk to the two of us, and what you need goes into what we build first. Later on you will join a queue. Right now you are the one steering the product.

What we will not tell you

We do not promise a number of clients or a percentage improvement, because anyone who does is making it up: it depends on your market, your competition and how you execute. We do not publish third-party figures without linking the source. We do not use reviews that do not exist. And if in the first conversation we see it is not a fit, we say so right there instead of selling you something you do not need.
